WIE FUNKTIONIERTS<\/h6>

Support<\/h1><\/header>[vc_column_text]F\u00fcr die Bearbeitung von St\u00f6rungen bzw. die Beantwortung von Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung der asello Software L\u00f6sungen stellt asello den Nutzern ein Tickettool zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n

Nach Empfang einer Fehlermeldung wird durch asello eine Klassifizierung der Anfrage durchgef\u00fchrt und angestrebt, dem Ansprechpartner innerhalb der Reaktionszeiten gem\u00e4\u00df nachfolgender Tabelle, in der Regel per E-Mail, im Ausnahmefall auch per Telefon, \u00fcber die Bearbeitung der St\u00f6rung und gegebenenfalls m\u00f6gliche St\u00f6rungsbehebung zu informieren.<\/p>\n

Die Art der St\u00f6rungsbehebung wird von asello bestimmt. Sofern der gemeldeten St\u00f6rung ein Mangel der asello Software zu Grunde liegt, wird von asello versucht diesen gem\u00e4\u00df den in nachfolgender Tabelle genannten Fristen zu beheben.<\/p>\n

Die nachfolgende Tabelle regelt die von asello f\u00fcr Support-Anfragen angestrebten Reaktionszeiten. Alle angegebenen Zeiten f\u00fcr eine Erstreaktion laufen nur innerhalb der Gesch\u00e4ftszeiten von asello, das ist werktags (von Montag bis Donnerstag, ausgenommen gesetzlicher Feiertage, Karfreitag, 24.12. und 31.12.) zwischen 8:00-11:00 und 13:00-16:00 und Freitags zwischen 08:00 und 11:00 (ausgenommen gesetzlicher Feiertage, Karfreitag, 24.12. und 31.12.).[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”table-mobile”]<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Klasse 2 – \u201eschwer\u201c<\/h6>\n

Die zweckm\u00e4\u00dfige Nutzung der asello Software ist ernstlich eingeschr\u00e4nkt. Der Fehler hat wesentlichen Einfluss auf die Gesch\u00e4ftsabwicklung oder Sicherheit, l\u00e4sst aber eine Weiterarbeit zu.<\/p>\n

Klasse 3 – \u201eleicht\u201c<\/h6>\n

Die zweckm\u00e4\u00dfige Nutzung der asello Software ist leicht eingeschr\u00e4nkt. Der Fehler hat unwesentlichen Einfluss auf die Gesch\u00e4ftsabwicklung oder Sicherheit, l\u00e4sst jedoch eine weitere Verarbeitung uneingeschr\u00e4nkt zu.<\/p>\n

Die zweckm\u00e4\u00dfige Nutzung der asello Software ist ohne Einschr\u00e4nkung m\u00f6glich. Der Fehler hat keinen oder nur geringf\u00fcgigen Einfluss auf die Gesch\u00e4ftsabwicklung oder Sicherheit.
